    If you want one-on-one coaching services, I offer a 15-minute free online meeting to get to know each other and assess if my services fit your needs and circumstances.
  • What is Mind Self-Assessment?
    Mind Self-Assessment is a free service for you to assess your mental well-being. Mind Self-Assessment report is an excellent start in defining a plan to look after your well-being. Mind Self-Assessment report is a general guide based on your answers about the overall state of your mental well-being. Mind Self-Assessment is not a psychological, personality test, or character assessment. We recommend a personalised one-on-one consultation session to understand the Mind Self-Assessment report, what it means for you, and your options to improve your mental fitness. You may need specialised services from a specialist practitioner or psychologist.
  • How can I book a session after purchasing a membership?
    From the home page, click on “Book a Consultation” and book a session on an available time that suits you.
  • How can mind practice and life coaching help me achieve my goals?
    Most of us seek support when emotional pain far outweighs contentment, which may be a little late. Only a minority of people proactively use guidance to improve their quality of life. Mind Practice will give you a platform to learn and maintain good mental fitness and well-being which will help you reduce stress, reduce impulsive judgement, build better relationships, experience more positive emotions, and feel happier.
  • How many sessions can I attend when purchasing a membership plan?
    Each membership gives you a limited number of sessions or classes you can attend. See our membership page for prices.
  • What are your fees?

  • If I change my mind about my membership, do you refund me?
    If you cancel your membership before it ends, you will be charged the cost of individual sessions for the number of sessions you have used and receive a refund for the remaining fees you have paid. You will be charged periodically for the purchased membership unless you cancel your membership before renewal. Refunds are only accepted if you cancel before the end of your membership period.
  • What is the process like?

  • What is your coaching style?
    Mind practice offers long-term coaching and support services. We don't provide short-term courses like "Transform your life in two weeks". Your intuitive mind governs your life, and most choices and responses to life events are automatic. It takes time and daily practice to change habits, break paradigms, and rewire your mind. Our memberships are yearly, with many benefits focusing on mental fitness and relationship building. If you commit to building the happy life you deserve, you would invest time into your mental fitness and well-being.
  • How do you handle confidentiality?
    In our frequent 30-minute classes, you don’t need to share any personal information. You can learn and practice along with others. If you decide to go deeper in one-on-one coaching sessions, everything we discuss is 100% confidential.
  • What is the guarantee of your services in my life?
    Mind Practice services, classes, sessions, events, and articles provide guidance and support in your life journey and do not guarantee future success or happiness, e.g., finding a relationship, a job, inner peace, or fulfilment. You are fully and solely accountable and responsible for all the choices and decisions you make for your happiness, success, relationships, career, and life.
  • How will we know if we're making progress?
    You will feel progress when: you feel negative emotions (like stress, depressed or anger) less often, and positive emotions (like energised, uplifted, and happy) more often. you know why you feel negative emotions you can shift from negative to positive emotions faster you feel better in your relationships.
  • Can I have make-up sessions if I miss to attend a session I booked?
    You must change your booking beforehand if you cannot attend a booked session. If you miss a session without rescheduling it, you will pay for that session.
  • What are your areas of expertise? What can you help me with specifically?How do you measure success?
    Our main areas of expertise are: Mental fitness: we aim to help you experience more positive emotions (peaceful, excited, uplifted, inspired, energised, empowered, proud, loved, grateful, lucky, blessed, etc.) and less negative emotions (upset, angry, frustrated, irritated, disappointed, stressed, anxious, guilty, ashamed, embarrassed, regretful, worried, fearful, doubtful, lonely, unworthy, contemptuous etc.), which will mean you will feel happier more of the time. Relationships: we aim to help you build deeper, more meaningful, longer-lasting, and happier relationships with your loved ones, friends, children, and colleagues. The more you eliminate impulsive judgment from your feelings, responses and interactions, the deeper, happier, and more meaningful your relationships will grow. Your success depends only and only on you. You need to be consistent and persistent in your practices. Like physical fitness or a tennis player, your fitness level will decline as soon as you drop your exercises. Mental fitness is the same. Practising daily will give you inner peace, joy, and better relationships. If you are new to your personal development journey, it may take months to start feeling a difference in your emotions and relationships.
